The chicken was made simple and whole in the oven. I fried an onion and added a sauce made of ginger, dried chili, Japanese Soy sauce, tomato paste, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chicken stock, mirin, rice vinegar, honey, chili powder and black pepper. After cooking the noodles, I added them to the frying pan and mixed. Fried an egg and sliced some cucumber for topping. Yum!
